Our students will learn the essential components of a healthy body and under-stand the internal chemical interactions. Areas of focus include the following:
- Nutrition;
- Bodily Kinesthetic (sports, yoga, Tai Chi, and dance );
- Adequate, healthy and quality sleep;
- Human physiology;
- Adverse effects of illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco and pornography;
- Stress/relaxation;
- Addictive behaviors; and
- Abuse of body (sleep deprivation, unbalanced /or unhealthy diet).
