We welcome students from Grade 1-12, regardless of ethnic background national origin or gender to apply to PLBS. Acceptance is based upon previous school records and teachers’ recommendations (where applicable). Except Grade 12 students, whenever possible, applicants are accepted at anytime of the year.
Our Admission Office opens Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Weekend campus visits can be arranged by appointment only.
Admission Requirements (for US Citizens and Permanent Residents):
Each potential student should obtain a PLBS Enrollment Package and fill out the required document listed as follows in order to complete the initial admission requirements:
- $50.00 non-refundable Application Fee.
- Complete the Enrollment Form*.
- Submit copy of the original Birth Certificate, or Baptism Certificate signed by an official of your church; or a copy of current Passport.
- Personal Documents:
- Recent school progress report (this year and last year’s report cards).
- Two Letters of Recommendation from current or most recent teachers.
- Completed the form of Questionnaire for Applicant*.
- for Grade 6 and up applicant: a 500 word essay* describing a past or future vacation.
- A personal interview and placement test may be arranged and conducted.
- Full tuition and other Annual Service Fees* must be paid before the first day of class, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- Immunization record that includes listing of vaccines received with months and years.

and select “Save Target as” to download.
As soon as receiving your application fee ($50.00) and all the initial required documents, our Admission Office will evaluate your application and contact you once the enrollment is accepted.
Upon acceptance, all students are required to complete and submit other forms provided in the Enrollment Packet no later than 1 week after school starts.
